Desperation Is Unbecoming

This can be tricky. Unless you've already reached home base on the first date, there is no textbook formula as to how much time you should date before jumping underneath the sheets. Hold it out and she may think you do not find her physically attractive. Get it on too soon and you're deemed a sleazebag. So study her body language. Chances are, if she finds you hot and can't wait to get frisky, she'll be dropping all the hints you need. "A woman wants to feel like 'he gets me'," says Dennie Hughes, author of Dateworthy.

Don't Just Be Nice To Her

There are guys who are nice to their partner but mean towards everyone else. "She's looking at how you treat other people," says David Wygant, author of Always Talk to Strangers. Do the Jekyll and Hyde so you're revealing your real self. Be consistently nice and save those anger spurts for the soccer match.

Be Cool, But Not Too Cool

Play it cool but not too cool. Girls want you to feel and act slightly jealous when they talk to another guy or when someone shows interest. "If he's too supportive of my venturing out and trying something new - like talking to other men at the bar - I'll take the hint and move on," says Selina, 26. "If he's silent, then I'll take it that he's jealous, which is hot."

Show How Far You'll Go For Her

Women will gauge how much their boyfriends are willing to sacrifice for them, possibly in situations such as needing you to babysit her hyper husky or chaperoning her inquisitive mother to the mall. She's seeing how much you'll sacrifice for her when she's not around, says Wygant. "She wants to make sure you want all of her, including the painful parts."
